15 Point Cooling Clean and Check

  1. Visually inspect complete mechanical system
  2. Spot check ductwork condition
  3. Monitor complete cooling cycle
  4. Measure refrigerant balance(1lb freon is included if needed)
  5. Clean condenser coils(does not include removing panels)
  6. Clean and adjust blower components in place
  7. Tighten all electrical connections
  8. Take electrical measurements(volts and amps)
  9. Clean condensate drain
  10. Measure temperature difference between supply and return air
  11. Inspect evaporator coil
  12. Clean or replace filters ( by owner)
  13. Test cooling safety controls
  14. Check thermostat calibration
  15. Lubricate all moving parts

15 Point Heating Clean and Check

  1. Visually inspect complete mechanical system
  2. Spot check ductwork condition
  3. Monitor complete heating cycle
  4. Clean and adjust blower components in place
  5. Tighten alll electrical connections
  6. Take electrical measurements (Volts and Amps)
  7. Clean the condensate drain
  8. Measure the temperature difference between supply and return air 
  9. Clean or replace filters(by owner)
  10. Check thermostat calibration 
  11. Test furnace safety controls
  12. Lubricate all moving furnace parts
  13. Check for carbon monoxide 
  14. Examine heat exchanger for damage or corrosion
  15. Clean and adjust ignition and burner assembly
